Unfurnished Private room available for rent in a 3 bed 2.5 bath house in san jose downtown for one person, currently private bathroom ( we are a couple so my gf uses the one in master bedroom) otherwise its shared bathroom.
We all are renting the place and are on lease and next person has to be on lease, property management doesn’t allow pets.( We don’t own the house)
Close to san jose state university, freeway, walmart, costco and bargain Plenty of street parking, parking permit costs $35 for 2 years.
Utilities:
Pg&e: total $100-180 monthly ( $33.33- $60 each person)
Internet: $80 monthly ( $26.66 each person)
Water: $230-260 for two months ( $76- $86 each person )
About the roomies
We are a couple ( Harsh and Chaya) and work from home fulltime, 9am to 6pm. Chaya is also doing her part-time MBA so she has online classes once a week in evening.
Looking for someone with similar work schedule.
We mostly cook food at home and like to watch tv before we go to sleep
