I am trying to rent a spare bedroom to offset the cost of inflation. The bedroom is located in Carrollton in a quiet area. It can be furnished or unfurnished, and has its own private bath with a double vanity. The property is close to George Bush Turnpike, 121, and I35, so it’s very central to many popular places like Stonebriar Mall, restaurants, and retail. Grocery stores are nearby which include Walmart, Kroger, and Tom Thumb.

Hello! I am looking to rent preferably to college students. No couples, and only females. I work for a school district, and I am currently taking courses online in the evening. So, I keep myself busy. If you don’t mind pets, let’s connect. I have four small dogs which two of them are rescue fur babies.

During the weekends, I run errands and focus on my studies. When I am not home, the fur babies are in their kennels. I cook several times a week including on weekends.

I don’t have wild parties, and do not smoke. I like casual conversation over a cup of coffee or a meal, but I usually keep to myself and fur babies. And I am respectful and respect personal space/boundaries.

Occasionally, I have family to visit, but we are low-key and they usually visit to grab a bite.
