I am a 30 year old professional looking to rent a 110 sq. ft. room in a 900 sq. ft. condo off of Pleasant Valley Rd. This is close to the base and 5 minutes away from the beach.
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Parking on the street is usually available.
Washer and dryer are downstairs in the same building.
Rent conditions:

About the roomies
