About the room
Very clean space. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and safe space then here it is. This is a very private studio style room. It comes with everything included in the rent (all utilities & wifi) You also get washer/dryer access. The room itself comes with a brand new refrigerator and microwave. There is also an air conditioner provided for those hot summer days. Access is through the rear entrance.
About the roomies
There is a very nice family that lives on the other side. They are polite and keeps themselves.
