Hello everyone! My name is Jess. I am looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom two bathroom loft style apartment right on the square in the Victoria Station Building (Square 9 Apartments). I am so excited to live downtown where I can walk to all of the awesome places on the square within minutes. The apartment is only a 3 minute drive to TWU and 4 minutes to UNT. I am looking for someone to move in immediately! My potential roommate backed out last minute. I am asking for half of the rent would be $850 before electricity and internet.

A little bit about me is that I am a Masters student in the Counseling Psychology program here at TWU. I am very friendly and love socializing, but I also spend a lot of time in my room, studying, watching TV, reading, etc.. I also spend quite a bit of time at my girlfriends house. I have drinks on the weekends but don’t smoke. The apartment will be furnished, except for your bedroom, but I can help you find furniture if you like 🙂 My cats are super sweet but not great with other animals, so if you have a pet we would have to talk further about that and see if the situation could work.
