The location is very convenient: within a 5 minute drive to highways (CA-78/I-15), walking distance to train (Sprinter) station, and a 5 minute drive to Cal State San Marcos (CSUSM), Palomar Medical Center, local restaurants and shopping centers (Costco, Walmart).
Utilities are not included in the rent. Utilities are split among roommates each month. Electricity is on the lower side as the townhouse has solar panels.
