Hello!

We have TWO rooms available to rent in our cozy Presidio home! Both rooms will be available by April 15, with the option to move in earlier.

We’re two young professionals looking for friendly and laid-back folks to join our four-bedroom, two-bathroom house. We welcome hikers, cyclists, hobbyists, reality tv connoisseurs, and any kind, fun, and respectful people.

About the rooms:

The downstairs room is roughly 10x12 with two windows and two closets, one within the room and one right outside in the hallway. This room also has primary access to the downstairs bathroom. Additionally, there’s another closet down the hall which is for use by whoever is in this room. The rent for this room is $1,332 + utilities. This room would be available to move into after April 4.

The upstairs room is bigger and is right next to the bathroom upstairs. It has a large closet and gets lots of natural light. The rent for this room is $1,522 + utilities. This room can come furnished or unfurnished.

Parking is also included in the cost of the room.

About the house:

Located on East Washington, our house is situated in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. No matter which window you look out, you’ll see a gorgeous view of the Presidio. The house is truly a hiker’s/cyclist’s paradise, with trails you can immediately access when you step out the door.

The house has two levels and a spacious basement with a washer and dryer. There’s plenty of space for storage and has even made for a good home gym. On the main level, we have a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room, a dining area, and of course one of the bedrooms and a bathroom. We have a cozy fenced-in backyard (with a brand new fence that we’ll get next week!!) that’s perfect for grilling or hammocking on warmer days.

On the upper level, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower and a separate tub. There is ample cupboard space in the bathroom to store all of your toiletries.

Residents have access to the parking lot just behind the house. We have one parking space reserved next to the house, and the rest of the parking lot is fair game to residents. The PresidiGo bus stops are located just a two-minute walk from the house.

28F- works in communications. Enjoys hiking around the city and discovering new books to read. When not in the house, likes to explore cute cafes in the city or travel with friends.

29M- working in tech. Appreciates being social and hanging with roommates but also enjoys quiet time alone. When not in the house or working, enjoys climbing, biking, hanging with friends, and trying new places around the city!
