Fenced in back yard surrounded by lots of mature lush fruit trees: Mangoes, Avocado, Guanabana, Sapodilla, and Starfruit, please help yourself to whatever is in season! Play a game of croquet, bag toss or light up the fire pit. The entrance to the nature preserve and boardwalk behind the home is a 5 min walk from the house. The rec center with pool, basketball court, tennis, pickle ball, and playground are a 2 min walk from the house. The HOA hosts quarterly food truck events. This charming neighborhood with paved sidewalk throughout allows for a leisure walk or jog up to 4 miles around. We are just a few min drive from the Madison Green Golf course and nearby Commons park where you can rent a bike, canoe/kayak, hit up the driving range, frisbee golf, volleyball, have a picnic or enjoy live entertainment and food trucks on the great lawn near the amphitheater monthly (also host to several festival events such as Chili cook off, Seafood fest, West fest etc. throughout the year). I am a medical professional looking for like minded roommate. House is welcoming, tidy, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. Located in the quiet community of Saratoga Pines which abuts a natural wildlife reserve. I have 2 cats, enjoy photography, all things nature, hiking, cycling, walks on the beach, cooking, travel, local events, green markets and festivals. I enjoy being active and rarely watch TV although I do enjoy a good movie and series binge on the odd occasion.
