Hi! We’re looking for a female roommate for our house in the Mcferrin Park neighborhood of East Nashville. Move-in date would ideally be somewhere around mid May to early June. The house is 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom and you would only be paying $600 +utilities every month. The house also has an office, a huge fenced-in backyard with a patio, and a recently renovated kitchen. The location is amazing, right across the street from a park and walking distance from several great bars and restaurants. We’re a 6 minute drive from downtown.

Shay: 25, Izzy: 24. We’re both teachers and we’ve been living in Nashville since June 2021. We’re very laid back but tidy and value open communication. We’re good friends and would love another roommate who would want to hang out with us! We like going to chill bars, trying new restaurants, live music, and having movie or game nights at home.
