Beautiful home right outside of wiamea town, looking for a single working female, preferably between 25to40, must be clean!! Shared bathroom, washer and dryer, full kitchen, outside hot tub, internet, must split all utilities. Absolutely drama please! This will be on a month to month basis.

will start interviewing people asap, can possibly move in sooner if I find the right fit before may. Preferably no animals because there is enough already! But if it is a well trained pet I will consider if I meet it. 2 of the 3 rooms are occupied by me, one is mine, one is for my kids when they occasionally visit from Oahu. Definitely want to meet in person before any commitments are made.
