this is a beautiful and clean spacious unit with a private entrance in a nice and quiet area located in vero beach. including your own private room and bathroom with a small linen closet in the hallway. the bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and dresser.

there is a small family opposite to the unit. easy to get a long with and looking for the same in who applies. someone who will respect the space and property while they’re here. no smokers, pet(s) or children.
