It’s a great neighborhood. Pleasant and fairly quiet. The apartment is conveniently located. Everything is in walking distance. Near the Grove, Canter’s deli, a small park w/free fitness equipment , the library, cute restaurants, coffee shops and bars, a magazine stand and the post office.
