Welcome to 407-B at the Riverview Condo’s in Bethlehem. Within walking distance of Historic downtown Bethlehem, I have a room available for a one year lease available on April 9th. All together, it’s a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room & a small, enclosed patio on the second floor. The master bedroom & bathroom are occupied by one female. You would have your own private room next to mine, we have a two sink bathroom.
My roommate works as a manager, isn’t home every night and is to herself when she is around the casa. Sometimes she plays some video games, but I see her only briefly throughout the whole month. I work as a server up the road, and am part time in college. Neither of us are home during many waking hours of the week, so we are looking for a homebody who does not have lots of people coming and going. Obviously, we all have friends, but the both of us don’t have lots of company over often, and we would like it to keep it that way. I personally make sure the casa stays clean, so if there is a dog coming with you there is a larger responsibility to keep up with cleanliness here than other roommates might accept.
Other than that, I actually am fun to be around. I have endless interests & hobbies. I’m very active when I have time, I laugh everywhere I go so if it comes down to two people I’m gonna pick the person who seems most fun lol. I’ve had many roommates in my life, and I’m very flexible on how to live harmoniously with just about anyone. Other than security, and help keeping a clean kitchen sink I’m down to compromise with any needs you may have. This week, March 28th, 29th & 30th I have afternoon & evening availability for you to come over and see if this would be a good fit for you. My landlord does need 1 month worth of a security deposit, a background & credit check as well.
