I’m looking to find roommates and have 2 vacant rooms in my 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse in Northgate. The first room is located on the ground floor, and the other is on the 2nd (top) floor. Here are a few features:

• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances
• Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom, closet, and locked entry
• In unit washer and dryer
• Close to many grocery stores, restaurants, and the Northgate link light rail station
• Plenty of free street parking

I’m asking $1100 for the ground level bedroom and $1200 for the 2nd floor bedroom which includes ALL utils (Electricity, Garbage, Water, Sewer, Gas, and Internet) . Open to flexible lease durations and start times. Please let me know if you’re interested in a tour or have any questions!
