Seeking to rent out one bedroom w/ private bath in a 3 bdrm. 2 ba. house with plenty of parking and a huge backyard. The rent includes the use of the washer/dryer, the use of everything in the kitchen, and common areas. In addition, your rent covers the Utilities (internet, SMUD, garbage), use of washer/dryer and kitchen appliances, and a bi-weekly cleaning service for the common areas of the house. You would have your own private bathroom, accessible through your bedroom. The third bedroom is for the occasional overnight guest. Excellent location- walking distance to light rail, close to Hwy. 50, shopping, and restaurants. My brother is the property owner and is responsible for the maintenance and repairs.
