The room is unfurnished, 12ft by 11 ft, and has it’s own private bathroom attached. The apartment itself has a spacious living/dining area (already furnished) and a balcony that overlooks a golf course. the complex itself has a fitness center, a pool, hot tub, and grilling areas.

I am looking for someone to take over my current roommate’s lease as she is moving back to her hometown due to her struggles with mental health. I am very laid back but work quite often and enjoy watching tv, listening to music, or hiking with my pooch on my days off. I like to keep the apartment clean, especially in the common areas, and enjoy keeping to myself most of the time. My poocher is the sweetest girl who loves everyone and I also have a small cat who is also friendly.
