Looking for someone to takeover my lease in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Highland Park. Lease goes up until August 31st, 2023 and can be renewed. All utilities included except wifi and electricity.
The room and living room get a lot of natural sunlight and also there’s a balcony! Renovated appliances, hardwood floors, large closets, 24 hour maintenance, friendly neighbors! The bathroom is shared with one other person who is very clean.
The neighborhood is peaceful and there’s a bunch of restaurants, parks, and live entertainment within walking distance! 2 min from route 1 highway, 10 minutes from college avenue.
