Selene's room

I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Each room has a private bathroom and small “walk-in” closet. I have a brand new washer and dryer. There is also a full kitchen and small living room that is furnished. The complex has a small gym, pool, clubhouse and jacuzzi.

I live alone….my daughter just moved out. I do however have 2 dogs who love attention. They’re pretty quiet for the most part. My ideal roommate would HAVE to be clean, employeed, drug-free, non-smoker, quiet and respectful to my work schedule! I do have adult children and grandchildren that come over quite often to visit so must be okay with them visiting.
