The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and you are welcome to hang out in them! Unfurnished room and private bathroom (sink/shower). There’s a heater and ac unit built in. The garage is occupied but there is always street parking available and we set up a camera pointing towards the street to watch the cars. We own two sweet and friendly small dogs but they are always in our room with us. We have empty shelves and cupboard space for anything you would like to store. A washer and Dryer are also included in the apartment! The water bill is also included but we need to split the electricity. All in all, we’re splitting electricity and rent! Everything else is included high-speed internet, microwave, toaster, oven, mini BBQ on the patio, and stovetops.

Gym, grocery stores, 7-11, casino, restaurants, 605 freeway all 5-minute drive away perfect location.

Guest are allowed over of course but this is not a frat house or party zone, we just appreciate a heads up and we always do the same. Partners can rent out the room as well. No guest stays past 72 hours. If you are a smoker we just ask that you do it on the patio as this is a no-smoking house. BTW! Yes there is a patio, so if you like plants you’re more than welcome to join me with gardening :)

My partner and I have been living here for years now. We are both working students and are always busy! We keep to ourselves most of the time and go upstairs to cook and then hide in our bedroom again. We are friendly and very quiet and respectful. We clean a lot so our apartment is always pretty organized and clean. (I have OCD I think lol) Overall, I like to believe we are easy people to live with. :)

We are looking for people who are employed full-time and be able to pay rent on time. Looking for a 1 to 2-year roommate professional and CLEAN (ages 21-35). Proof of income background check is required. A $1000 security deposit is due on signing.
