The rental is a duplex with other tenants renting the other half. Our side is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath, with a 2 car garage. The available rooms are the master and a bedroom. Great location, settled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac off State street. It is close to the Boise Greenbelt, Esther Simplot Park, and is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive to/from Downtown. $1,100 is if we are splitting it between 2 people and $730 if we split it 3 ways.

I am 26, female, and a working professional looking for a roommate/s to move in sometime between now to August at the latest. Availability date is not yet firm. I take pride in keeping a clean and relaxing home. I am friendly and respect others and their things and I tend to keep to myself.
