• Access to shared spaces in the house, in-unit laundry, and kitchen -One other roommate right now; house can accommodate 3 people -Lots of parking -Family friendly community Heat/AC in unit -No Pets -Access to 22 community pools, 23 tennis courts, multiple parks, etc. -In between 405 and 5 freeway -11 min from Irvine Spectrum -9 min from South Coast Plaza -6 min from grocery store, food & gas *I’m available Monday’s, Thursday’s and Sunday’s if you would like to tour!

Roommate is a high school teacher; super nice and easy to get along with. She is in her mid 30’s. She prefers working professionals who don’t work from home.
