Looking for a short-term renter (April 25-Aug 1) to share my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Pasadena, CA. The apartment complex is a total of 24 units and two stories (the available unit is on the ground floor). The unit is tucked in the back with lots of privacy and quiet neighbors. The monthly cost for your stay will be $1200/month in addition to utilities (gas + electric + wifi = you can expect approximately $120/month). Renter must like cats!! You will be sharing the space with my 3-year-old orange tabby, Carrot. The apartment is within a short walk (15 min) or bike (5 min) to Old Town Pasadena, which is filled with trendy restaurants, bars, and the metro that can take you to Downtown LA and east Los Angeles with ease. You will have your own room, which contains a queen-sized bed, large bookshelf, desk (with TV), an additional storage cabinet, and large closet with ample shelving and storage. We will share a bathroom, which includes a bathtub/shower combo and also has lots of storage in the medicine cabinet and under the sink. There is also additional shelving the hallway. You will have an assigned parking spot in the gated garage below the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with almost every appliance you can think of, including in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven/gas stove, air fryer, blender, juicer, Keurig, hot water boiler, toaster, coffee grinder/milk frother, crockpot, rice cooker, in addition to fully stocked utensils, plates, etc. – in other words, all you need to do is go grocery shopping and you can get right to cooking in the kitchen! We also have a great patio equipped with seating, a sun umbrella, a BBQ, corn hole, and string lights – perfect for summer BBQs with friends! I am perfectly happy to share my belongings with my renter, as long as they use them respectfully and with care.

This apartment is perfect for someone living in LA for the summer or staying for an extended travel. I work in person 4 days a week and I will be away for most of June and July, so you will have plenty of time and space to yourself. Looking to live with someone between 25-35 years old who is financially stable. I am asking for first and last month rent on the day of move-in.

A little bit about me – I am 28 years old. Pronouns are she/her. I am alcohol/420 friendly. I work at a local hospital, but I will be moving to San Diego in August to begin a PhD program. I love hiking, travel, eating, and spending times with my friends. I am easy-going and clean. I am looking forward to finding a cool roommate!
