Finished basement apartment in Grayson, Ga. 2 bedrooms- furnished with beds, dressers, and good sized closets, 1 bathroom with Shower, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, double bowl sink, den with nice couch and loveseat. Separate entrance, Washer & Dryer provided. Floors being worked on since last tenant moved out. More touch up and cleanup will be completed by April 1

Married couple homeowners live upstairs with kid in high school. Very quiet. Both work full time. Have been burned a couple times so prefer not a big partier. We aren’t looking for pet owners, but trained, mostly quiet small dog or cat might be OK
