Murdock Street

We are looking for a clean, responsible roommate to join our 5 bed, 2 bath apartment. We are on the third floor of a walk-up. There is a private balcony and coin-op laundry in the basement. We are at a great location in Brighton with plenty of free, on-street parking and a grocery store and T stop less than a 10 minute walk away. There is a convenience store at the end of our street and a gym across the road. Three cats live in the apartment and currently four humans. We plan to have 5 people total on the next lease.

The available room is located on the main floor, off of our dining room; there are wood floors, a closet, and two windows. We will want to meet you either in person or over video chat to discuss each of our living habits and expectations, to see if it would be a good fit. Lony (they/them, 25), Em (she/her, 25), Rowan (he/him, 21) and Ricky (he/him, 27) are all young working professionals with hybrid work schedules. We sometimes share meals and like to chat when we see each other in common spaces. We always let one another know when a guest is coming over and share cleaning responsibilities in the apartment. Rent is $759 / month not including utilities (wifi, gas, electric).

I’m a young person living with my significant other of five years and our roommates; we are all young, kind professionals on hybrid work schedules. There are 3 cats in the bi-level apartment and we value cleanliness, friendliness, and most of all, communication (street parking is readily available, I can usually park right in front of the building). I am a queer person and so is my partner. I am a behavioral technician for autistic children and our roommates are respectful straight, cis men who works in IT and Amazon. My partner works as a legal assistant at a business immigration law firm.
