I’m renting a private bedroom and bathroom in an apartment. It’s a second master with 2 closets and it’s own access to the patio and bathroom. Nearby is a college, food, gas, bus transit. The neighborhood is quiet and newly renovated exterior with a pool/spa and courts.

I’m a single mom. My daughter visits on the weekends and breaks usually. I tend to be low key and very friendly. My idea of fun is to play board games/video games, paint, or watch a binge-worthy show. I clean up after myself, and am 420 friendly. I smoke occasionally and only drink out socially. I own 2 cats whom are very friendly. I work at home from m-f and out and about most weekends.
