Lou's room

Hello. I am a retired 81-YO lawyer living in a 3-story townhouse that I own in the City of Falls Church, Va. At the moment, two guest rooms (pictured) are available Rent-Free in exchange for housecleaning and help with other chores. The housecleaning is the usual periodic cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming of carpets, and taking trash and recycling out and in; the other chores are as needed that are difficult for me, e.g., carrying groceries and other heavy things, bending to pick things up off the floor, etc. The home is in a safe and upscale community. Walking distance to Metro, major bus lines, pharmacy, park and playground, community pool, restaurants, and supermarkets and fast food and carryout places (e.g., Harris Teeter, Aldi, Preservation Biscuit, and Panera and bakeries. I am looking for someone who works and/or studies from home and does not go out much. I prefer females only because they are usually neat, clean, and respectful of the elderly. The occupant has full use of the home, but there are limitations on cooking and bath products because I am sensitive to many smells and odors. [Please note: I am old.
