David's room

An unfurnished room on the 3rd floor of the Condo that I am living in. The room features a walk in closet as well as a shared guest bathroom as well as adjustable lighting. There is a shared living room and kitchen fully furnished. You are welcome to use kitchen appliances as long as you clean up after yourself in a timely manner. There is no dedicated parking spot. While there are plenty of street parking, please keep in mind parking becomes less available the later your return.

The property sits on Communication Hill with plenty of walking trails and parks nearby.

I’m a software engineer and work hybrid in office and (mostly) remote. I may have guest come by once or twice every other week during the weekend who are very respectful. I tend to stick to myself but am always open for a conversation. I expect any potential room mate to be respectful, mindful, and clean.

After work, you’ll usually find me in the living room or kitchen prepping my meal, watching TV (usually anime :), or playing games.
