About the room
We have a 5 bed room house that as of now has 2 open rooms. The house is only 5-1o minutes driving distance from UCCS. One room is the master bedroom with your own bathroom and the other is technically the largest room in the house with shared bathroom. The rent would be between $600-$650. We can provide pictures and more details if you are interested.
About the roomies
Currently there are 3 roommates in the house with only 2 staying. Two of us work full time and the other is finishing up at UCCS. We also have a loving blue nose pit bull that is two years old. We are looking preferably for younger males roommates or college students.
