Amenities include: private room with lock and key on site laundry Shared kitchen Close to numerous restaurants, shopping etc Room is semi furnished with bed and dresser if needed. Complex has a pool, gym, tennis courts, basketball court. Non smoker/or Smoker acceptable but reserved to outside patio only. Included utilities, internet, water, sewer, garbage removal. Asking individual to share electric bill, currently average bill is approximately 100 per month. Would appreciate someone who is courteous, helps clean up after yourself and your guests are welcome, but not into all night venue’s out of respect.
