About the roomies
I am 46 years old and work full time. I have an 11 year old child that lives with me, so im looking for someone that doesn’t mind a child in the house (he is very well behaved). I have pets that are house trained (1 dog, 1 cat). Lights, water, trash service, pest control, and internet is included, but must buy own food, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. (Whatever you use at home, you must buy). Approx. 1700+ sqft home. There is also one other roommate that lives there that is rarely home (works very long hours). No washer and dryer usage provided with rental. I will negotiate a lower rental price if you provide lawn service (mowing, weed eating).
