Recently updated 8/2022 with tile floors throughout the entire home and a new kitchen island. Also a brand new swim spa. We have a second room as well that can be viewed here. In the closet, you will also find a luggage rack, laundry basket, and folding chair for the fold-down wall-mounted desk, hangers, and extra toilet paper. The front room of the house is a gym equipped with a gym-quality treadmill, an adjustable workout bench with an adjustable weight set, squat, and hyperextension equipment, and a yoga mat if you want to work out without leaving the home. We do have 2 super friendly white Siamese cats who are non-hypoallergenic so if you have cat allergies consider that. The home is minutes away from a brand-new casino if you enjoy that sort of thing during your days off or downtime, and the Westgate entertainment district has many places to dine, shop, and recreate. Minutes away from the 101, and 60 interstate roadways. for easy access to many of the Valley’s wonderful hospitals. The homeowner’s sister is a career nurse so he understands the demands a career can have on an individual and the importance of getting quality rest and sleep. The laundry room is equipped with a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer and is located to the right of the home’s main entrance where it won’t disturb any of the occupants.
