private bedroom available in inner richmond April 15th. House has five other people (one couple, three friends) and has the most welcoming energy. Safeway directly across the street, and room has an attached walk in closet. Utilities range about ~90-100 monthly, and landlord pays for water. If you have any question, feel free to ask:)
