Is very close to Westminster, 5 minute walk to the Afresh on 9th east. Washer/dryer combo unit was installed by the landlord a month ago. Room has a closet & shelf, and I will be clearing the bed/computer out of the room before move-in, can leave the desk if you want it. I wasn’t expecting to move, & am looking for someone to take over the remaining 1 month on the lease for Apirl, and potentially keep renting if you wanted to stay longer. I will be moving out on the 26th. All the bills are included. Neither of the other roommates currently have pets, both cats & dogs are allowed. 100$ deposit for a cat, 30$/month rent. For a dog, 200$ deposit, 50-100$ month rent depending on doggo. Landlord does have a 35$ fee for backround/credit checks, but as long as you dont have a felony/eviction, will be fine.

One roommate, John, is a student at Westminster, and is very rarely home. He enjoys rock climbing & skiing. He is starting a new job this summer where he will be down in southern Utah as a tour guide for long periods of time. He tends to sleep over at his s/o’s place most nights as is.

The other one, Giovanni, works as an electrician, & is the one with the painting stuff in the living room. Super chill guy! Has had a good number of pieces displayed at a few galleries. Enjoys longboarding, the painting, and also rock climbing.
