Hello, I am looking for a Roomie to share my home with. It’s a large property on Coe lake close to BW college. There is parking available and utilities included. I do own a Pitbull terrier and a cat. They are both very friendly. The property also has a massive yard.

There is also a full driveway for your use and two entryways in the front.

Additionally we are right behind Coe lake park and minutes from downtown Berea.

I am 40 years old and back in grad school to complete my MSW. I live a decently quiet lifestyle. So would love to find someone similar. I also run my reiki practice out of my home so on occasion will have clients here. Lastly, I am 14 years sober so no drinking or drugs in the home.
