Prince's room

I have one more room in my house that I’m currently looking to fill. It will be ready in March. It’s off of 99 on Hammer Ln right behind Walmart. Quiet neighborhood in the middle of a court. Ceiling fan in the room. New AC system was just installed. Really big backyard with a private pool and bbq grill. Kitchen was newly renovated. Everything is brand new including the floors. We do have dogs and cats so I’m looking for someone that isn’t afraid of one and I’m open to you having pets. Bathroom will be shared with the other renters. Driveway for parking.
