Osborne Place

Hi everyone my name is Theresa and I have a 2+2 in pacoima. The room is furnished with a queen bed, lamp, side table and tv. You would have your own bathroom and parking space. The rent is $1150 a month with a $875 deposit. I’m doing a 6 month lease starting May 15. This room is for one single person and unfortunately no kids/pets/couples. There is laundry on site. Included in the rent is cable/WiFi/gas. The only extra is electric which runs about $75-150 every 2 months.

I’m in my late 30’s and I work outside the home. I’m looking for a roomate who is clean and responsible. I’m pretty easy going and I would hope you are too. Let me know if you have any questions and I will be glad to answer them :)
