Quiet area and safe area, plenty of street parking, shared bathroom with 2 males and would prefer a male to fill the third room. Absolutely no drugs, excessive drinking or drama please, no exceptions.

We are a friendly, mainly Spanish speaking household of 4 adults. The 4 of us work most days out of the week. The house is located in the inland area of Encinitas. The other two rooms are occupied by 2 males and the bathroom will be shared with them. We all mind our own business and go about our own individual lives. We tend to have friends and family over often and for holidays and special occasions. Looking for the right fit to fill the room for at least 5 months but willing to rent for a shorter term. We prefer a male renter who also speaks Spanish, that works or goes to school.
