The Room:

This private unfurnished 11’ x 11’ room is available w/ adjacent private bathroom in this large, 2089 sq. ft. home in North Natomas. The home features indoor laundry, central AC/heat, kitchen w/ full amenities, Internet/WIFI, etc. Perfect room for a student or single professional. The neighborhood is very quiet with plenty of parking. All utilities are included in the rent.

The location:

Our neighborhood is quiet and about 15 minutes from downtown and less than 10 minutes from Sac International Airport. Walking distance to huge park and very close to shopping, restaurants, and 5 minutes away from the American River College – Natomas Campus. Close to I-5, I-80, and CA-99 freeway on ramps.

Your roommates:

We are a fun, friendly 45 & 33 y/o Caucasian and Hispanic gay married couple. We are very social and outgoing. I enjoy working on cars, relaxing, and spending time with friends and I am huge movie fanatic. Currently I am working on my degree in film production…a plus if you love movies too! He enjoys playing volleyball, reading, spending time with friends/family and loves music.

Your other roommate:

My sister-in-law is a 26 y/o is a professional, outgoing/social, clean, respectful, and quiet person. She loves reading and watching movies. She works full time/part time and is a full-time student.

Pet roommates:

We currently have 1 pet, a small 2-1/2 y/o dog named Keven. He is a loving Chiweenie who is quiet (but thinks he is a big guard dog), playful and loves to sleep when he’s not playing with his toys. He is obsessed with his tennis balls.

You:

Respectful, honest, clean, social, low key, and financially responsible are requirements. Sense of humor and a light heart are big plusses. Professionals and college students preferred. Prefer a non-smoker, and no preference on gender. Pet friendly is a must.

When:

Room is currently available. There is not a huge rush to rent this room – the right person is what we are aiming for.
