Brittany's room

Quiet 31 year old female renting out a private room in my house on a two acre lot. The room is on the ground floor with access to the main bathroom that will only be used by the renter as I have my own. I have a cat who gets along with all animals. Rent includes Starlink internet, water, electric and trash services.

I’m a 31 year old female who is introverted and very much a homebody. I work for the county and have weekends off. I will mostly keep to myself but expect my roommate to respect the private spaces in the house and be kind to my pet.
