This house is walking distance to hotel, restaurant, church and schools. This is a 2 story house. The bedroom available is at the second floor, you will be sharing bathroom with one person, 1 bedroom per person only. Parking at the back of the house behind the garage, garage are already occupied at this moment. So your car will be park at the drive way, one car per bedroom only/one person per bedroom. Your bedroom is furnished with bed frame and Matresses, you will provide your own bed sheets, pillow and comforter. Washing and drier is located at the first floor. Usage of washing and drier is limited to once per week. Total number of persons in the house including you is 4,including the landlady who lives at the living room for 2 hours per day to sleep.

Landlord and current tenants are working many hours, I am looking for additional housemate/ tennat who would occupy a room vacancy, one person per bedroom Quiet place.
