About the room
I have 2 separate bedrooms that I need tenants for. Or one small family can use both bedrooms and have their own bathroom with shared living room and kitchen. No pets and no smoking in the apartment at all. Apartment is close to the Atlanta airport and several industries.

I am a 50+ functionally disabled female. Retired and only person living in the apartment. Looking for someone who is matured and has an income to cover rent.
