Nice quiet room in a sunny split plan with an outside entrance, remodeled private bathroom, use of a well-equipped kitchen and a beautifully furnished living area. I spend 90% of my time at home in my own office and bedroom suite working behind closed doors. We will meet most often in the kitchen. A dresser, bookcase TV stand and side table are in the room. Bring your own bed, TV, linens, personal items, food and clothing and you are good to go. A full-size bed, can be provided for $25. per month. Coin Laundry is available in nearby building. Laundry service will be provided for $12.00 a load. Roomie must be over 55 years old. Possible exception would be a nurse / caregiver scenario for younger people. No pets, no smoking indoors, no over-night guests. This room is being offered at $875 for 7 months or more. Shorter terms would be higher and will require upfront payment negotiated based on length of time. Condo background check required. ($110. fee)…Non-vaxxed individuals are preferred.

I am a fine artist, graphic designer, writer, art teacher, business owner; mostly quiet, creative and fun to know. I am a active breast cancer survivor (since 2017). “Green” med prescriptions are used exclusively in my private space. An accelerated tech training program takes up most of my home time.
