Renting a master bedroom with full private bath and/or a bedroom with a shared bath in a 4bd 3ba single family home in quiet safe neighborhood. The master is renting for $975 and the other is $800 with split utilities. Females or Single Mothers are Welcome!!!

Located in a centralized neighborhood between Clayton, Dekalb, Fulton and Henry Counties. Easy access to I-75/285 and within walking distance to Marta bus stop. Approx. 20 min. from Hartsfield Jackson Airport (ATL) and about 25mins drive from Atlanta Attractions (Georgia aquarium or Zoo Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium, 30 min to Six Flags, and 35 min from Stone Mountain Park).

This home is occupied by a loving person with a quite responsible respectable teenager who you will be graduated May 9. Home of an empty nester with a lot of time on my hands, therefore our paths may be in passing. We are open to sharing our home with another female or mother. We are pet lovers with a small 🐶 and two very busy 🐱 I’m not a neat-freak but I normally like to do a big clean on Sunday evenings for the week. We are very family oriented and looking for compatibility as you will not only be a housemate but apart of our family. Our ideal housemate/s must respect personal space and boundaries as we do and most importantly be responsible for their own cleanliness.
