Private room with private bathroom. Large closet space, access to kitchen, living room, dining room, etc. Has own parking space, utilities are separate. Great location: safe, clean neighborhood, 10 minutes from UCI. It is walking distance from the crossroads shopping center (Target, H-Mart, Sprouts, LA Fitness, Marshalls, many restaurants). There are many parks and trails nearby. *Females only, preferably working or students, NO PETS, no smoking/drugs please

You will be sharing the apartment with my current roommate. She has her own room and bathroom. She is responsible and clean, works Monday - Friday, and enjoy peace when home. We are looking for another working professional female who can pay rent consistently, nonsmoker, does not have a pet (couples are ok).
