We are a younger gay professional couple looking for someone to rent the extra room in our apartment long term, as our friend will be moving out soon. We are both nerdy/geeky and enjoy video games, movies, anime, card games, going to dinner. We are both sober and would prefer someone who is sober or doesn’t drink or smoke at home. Rent for the room is $1200 and you will be responsible for 1/3 of utilities, usually $225. Visitors and overnight guests are fine as we also have our share of visitors.
