Complex has 2 pools, laundry facilities on site. ONE occupant only, as the apartment is small. If things workout, you must submit application through apartment office ($51 application fee), pass background check & depending on your application you may have a deposit. Must have verifiable income/job. Covered Parking is optional with additional fee per month. No pets please.

About me: Single, easy going, cleanly, professional, 36yr old woman looking for a roommate. I work full time from home & also provide dog care services for people & sometimes watch dogs in the apt which is why no pets. I’m looking for a roommate to share my apt with.
