Vicky's room

This is a 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house located in North San Jose area. There’s a new Asian supermarket close by as well as Target, Lucky supermarket, Jack in the Box, Starbucks, gym, Wells Fargo bank and a lot more. This is a no smoking (this includes cannabis and vaping), no drugs home. We have dogs in the home so you must like dogs. There’s a washer and dryer on the property. You are welcome to use it. The room is 9’6“ x 10.’

There are only 3 people in the house, one per room. There are 2 adults and 1 teenager in the home. We are looking to just add 1 person. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, and responsible (pay rent on time, clean up after yourself, etc.
