The apartment is part of Alpha Mills. It is located near Uptown and Optimist Hall. Uptown is the main city center of Charlotte. Optimist Hall is a trendy place with lovely restaurants. The apartment itself is on the top floor of the building. The room has windows, is carpeted, and contains a large closet. The second bathroom is detached from the room, it is private and has a sink, shower and tub.

Hello I hope that you are doing well. My name is Tristan, I am 25 years old and have recently moved to Charlotte. I currently live by myself. I have two young-indoor cats. They are very affectionate and will likely cuddle you. I also have 12 plants. I work weekdays 9am-5pm. I am a fairly quiet person and spend most of my free time writing or reading. Of course I also like to hang out with my cats. I do not have a car so I walk and bike everywhere. I am not the type of person that goes out much. I am respectful, responsible, and honest.
