This room is the master bedroom of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The master bedroom has its own restroom. There are two spacious closets, and it is big enough to fit a Queen or King size bed. There is a washer and dryer on the unit. The complex is located in the heart of Clovis, right behind Sierra vista and near the old town clovis trails. PG&E, Internet, and Conservice is split amongst the roommates. This apartment has a fitness center, pool, and various picnic areas. There is an assigned parking with the apartment and it is a gated complex. The apartment will be available by August or September depending on how fast we can find someone to take over the current lease.

I am currently trying to have someone takeover my portion of the lease. I am planning to move closer to work with a friend and the other roommate is currently moving back to her home. If you have friends you would like to take over a lease with, this would be the perfect opportunity.
