Santa Ana Avenue

This room is the master bedroom of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The master bedroom has its own restroom. There are two spacious closets, and it is enough to fit a Queen or King size bedroom. There is a washer and dryer on the unit. The complex is located in the heart of Clovis, right behind Sierra vista and near the old town clovis trails. PG&E, Internet, and Conservice is split amongst the 3 roommates. This apartment has a fitness center, pool, and various picnic areas. There is an assigned parking with the apartment and it is a gated complex. The lease would be for one year and you would be signing on to a current lease. I am planning to leave the couches behind, so the living room and dining room will be furnished. The room is now empty, and I want to find someone as soon as possible. I shampooed the carpets and deep cleaned the apt on my last day. This is a great spot , only walking distance to major stores and restaurants such as Target, Sephora, Starbucks, Panera, and Chipotle, Planet Fitness, and many more. I would highly recommend this room to female students or working professional individuals. I am only leaving because I will be in SoCal by the end of the year for school. The one roommate staying is a Law student and a Fresno State graduate. She has the room next to the master. She is very nice and clean. She just got accepted into Law school, and she’s very excited about it. There is also a new roommate moving into the other shared bathroom as well starting in July.
